Last week we went to the beautiful Chartwell, home of Winston Churchill. The gardens and grounds are excellent for a Sunday morning walk. Whilst completing a job for a client I took time out to tone and print this picture, it now hangs on my wall. Basically it is a simple duo tone effect with shadows and highlights engaged. I was testing out the Canon EOS 1D MIII particularly in the AI Servio mode because the camera is still focusing too much on the background and not the foreground movement.
The camera is going back to Canon for more checks and fixes. We have tried it in several modes and the same problem rears its head.
Off now to watch the Indy 500.
