My naughty daughter was told repeatedly not to stand on the chair to reach up to get all her butterflies off the wall, they are high up on the dado rail. Then I am in the studio "the shed in the garden" processing a big portrait shoot that I did yesterday for Audiences London and suddenly my little boy comes running to me saying "Daddy, Daddy, Connie has fallen off the chair".
Oh well, there goes my five minutes of office time before I have to cook, "what was it honey?""OK shepherds pie, how do I do that?" "look in the book, the cook book". "Did you really follow the recipe, it doesn't taste very nice?"
"Now daughter can you tell me what happened and why were you climbing on the chair? ""Well daddy I didn't climb on the chair, I climbed onto the stool which I put on top of the chair and then lost my balance and fell, it really hurts."
Photo Problem: Not a chance today!
I have recently been on a great fun shoot with a family in Staffhurst Woods and perfecting studio techniques, some shots will get posted over the next few days.
On the business front I have been receiving more commissions and will be post some of those shots when I have completed the assignments. This is one of the practice photos not exactly the same method applied to the Audiences London portrait shoots. For this photo I used one light with a diffuser disc stopped down 3 and then natural light on the other side. My son was very happy to show me his cross face.
