You Need Your Head

This week and some weeks before mums and dads and people connected with the school have been helping put together the float for the local Carnival. All the efforts of sanding, painting, design, artistry and planning started to come together at the great big float building party. This is Sarah and Karen on the bucket of a bulldozer attaching some rather superior finishing touches.

We put the float together down at the local farm in one of the giant barns. There were cows, sheep and bats for company and some other great company as seen below. Drinks were served at a timely interval and there was Indian take away, homemade cakes, beer and less than half a bottle of wine. Hold on a minute, the drinks break had just started and already the wine had been sozzled. I wonder who?

Work was actually achieved and the testosterone level was very high as the men demonstrated their prowess and knowledge with power tools and we were all keen to show off our newest ion lithium NiMH cordless drill/driver kit equipment from Makita, Black & Decker, Bosch and Homebase own brand. Difficult angles were breached, nerve was held balancing on the top of the ladder with no foot rest and a great team spirit developed and whats more absolutely no arguments (as long as you did what Karen and Sarah said).
